Customer Experience Specialist

This role is onsite, and you will need to be at our Catawba, NC or Shakopee, MN office five days a week.How You'll Help Us Connect The WorldYou will work closely with key customers to complete CommScope product orders, from the point of quotation through to shipment.Assist with product selection, quote generation, order input, order scheduling, expediting, tracking, finding, and coordinating alternative materials.Resolve customer concerns by using company process knowledgeDevelop and maintain working relationships with key customersRequired Qualifications For Consideration3+ years of sales support, customer service, or related experienceExpertise with MS Office and the ability to learn computer programs easilyAbility to work in the office five days a week (Monday-Friday)You Will Excite Us If You HaveSAP exposureB2B customer support experienceBachelor's DegreeExperience using formulas, V lookups, pivot tables, charts within ExcelOur salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. The expected salary range for this position is $55,000 - $59,000.The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including, medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company’s Incentive Plan.
