Job Overview We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Counter Help to join our dynamic team! Greet customers warmly and assist with their needs in a lively, engaging manner Operate POS systems such as Conqueror X for processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently Maintain a clean workspace by sanitizing counters, equipment, and shoes Handle cash register operations including processing cash transactions, giving change, and credit card transaction Answer phones and assist with customer questions and direct them to correct person if needed. Skills Familiarity with POS systems such as Conqueror x but not neccessary Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple customers Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks during busy periods without compromising quality or safety Previous experience in retail sales transactions or cashiering is highly desirable Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding service!
