Merchandising Execution *Set product to planogramsBuild and install POP, endcaps, and visual displaysMaintain shelves, refresh signage, and complete product auditsSupport retail staff and secure required store sign‑offs Technical Installation & Maintenance *Install and troubleshoot interactive displays, kiosks, AV, and security devicesPerform light construction and fixture setupDocument work through photos/videosLead small teams during complex installs and resetsResolve on‑site challenges efficiently Communication and Reporting *Maintain regular communication with the District ManagerSubmit same‑day reporting and feedback to clients/teamsProcess expenses in accordance with company policyWorking Environment &Physical Requirements**Retail store settingsHome office with reliable high‑speed internetTravel by vehicle and/or plane as neededUse of computer, phone, and standard office equipmentAbility to sit or stand for up to 4 hoursLift up to 50 lbs as neededClimb ladders (10’+)What We Offer:General Merchandising projects start at $20.00 per hourMedical, Dental, Vision, Life and Prescription Insurance Coverage401(k) retirement plan with employer matchPaid time off and paid holidaysTravel reimbursementQualifications:6+ months retail or merchandising experience; 2+ years technical installation/troubleshooting preferredAbility to read and execute planogramsCandidates should be comfortable using a personal credit card for occasional business-related purchases when necessary.
