Skills and capabilities: PC/Network Technician proficient in Hardware Issues, Reimaging Computers, and troubleshooting with EXCELLENT communication skills and expertise in MS Office products and ACTIVE DIRECTORY. STRONG ability to troubleshoot various applications and apply fixes to images prior to deployment Experience with imaging using various tools (like Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT); SCCM, Symantec Ghost, Clonezilla or similar) Experience in TCP/IP and DHCP services Experience in basic Inventory/asset management Ability to move equipment and lift 30 pounds, when required.
