The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare quality and safety, with an advanced degree preferred, and a proven track record of translating quality data into strategic and impactful initiatives. Candidates for the Vice President position should have a background that spans the eight domains of the Healthcare Quality Competency Framework, with the ability to connect methods and measures across domains. A dynamic, executive-level speaking presence and exceptional writing and editing skills are essential. The role requires a builder mindset, the ability to create and implement quality control processes, and a high level of risk awareness. Collaboration with marketing, communications, and media teams is also a key aspect of the role.
