This role will serve as the lead designer for HMP Collective supporting pharmaceutical and healthcare clients across integrated, multi-channel campaigns and educational initiatives. You'll bring deep agency experience and a genuine understanding of the healthcare space, translating complex medical and scientific information into compelling, human-centered design, that meets brand, regulatory, and medical-legal compliance requirements. This is a role for someone who can lead with ideas, execute with precision, and confidently present and defend creative rationale directly to clients and cross-functional stakeholders. You must be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment where priorities shift and expedited timelines are common, while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and quality.Success in this role requires strong collaboration with account, medical, marketing, and project management teams; the ability to absorb strategic direction quickly; and the agility to move from concept to polished execution under tight turnaround times.The Senior Designer will be responsible for: Concepting and executing high-quality design across brand, digital, print, and campaign deliverables for healthcare clients, including modular omnichannel assets, sales materials, peer-to-peer education, marketing visuals, and web experiencesLead design from brief through final delivery, owning projects end-to-end with minimal oversight, while navigating medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) review cycles and incorporating feedback efficientlyCollaborate closely with the HMP Collective Creative Director, marketers, medical teams, account teams, and project managers within pod-based account structures to ensure alignment to client strategy, brand guidelines, and commercial objectivesPresent creative work confidently to clients, articulating design decisions clearly and persuasively and responding constructively to client feedback in real timeManage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, hitting deadlines without sacrificing quality including expedited and last-minute client requestsStay current on healthcare marketing trends, regulatory guidelines, and emerging design tools and technologies and proactively recommend innovations Translate complex clinical data and scientific content into visually clear, compliant, and engaging creative that supports healthcare professional and patient educationEnsure all deliverables meet client brand standards, FDA/OPDP regulations, and internal quality control requirementsPartner with account and project management teams to scope design needs accurately, flag risks early, and proactively communicate timeline or resourcing challengesContribute to the development of scalable design systems and templates that support repeatable omnichannel deploymentLead the translation of internal briefs and marketing direction into compelling visual concepts, while proactively identifying gaps, asking strategic questions, and helping shape creative direction to ensure design solutions are aligned, cohesive, and impactful across channelsOther assignments as required by managementDesired Skills and ExperienceBachelor's degree or higher in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or equivalent professional experience5+ years of design experience, with a significant portion in an agency settingExpert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and FigmaExpert understanding of design principles, branding, and typographyExceptional eye for detail with emphasis on accuracy and qualityStrong work ethic, reliability, and adaptabilityAbility to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to give and receive feedback gracefully and iterate quicklyExperience designing across channels: Digital, social, print, video, and presentationsStrong design portfolio demonstrating a highly refined aestheticPlease follow HMP Global on LinkedIn for news and updates
