1 Vacancy Kanawha County This position processes medical cannabis patient applications and provides real time customer service and technical assistance to patients and applicants via telephone and email. Workload is currently shared amongst 2 permanent and 2 temporary staff. However, the patient application pool has risen due to the many annual patient application renewals. This position adds staff to commiserate with past and projected program growth. This position may also require administrative duties such as assisting the senior staff with light typing, Medical Cannabis Advocacy Board preparation, scheduling and some travel scheduling. Also, serving as a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Coordinator.
