This role requires a foundational understanding of social platforms, audience behavior, and how to craft messaging that cuts through the noise. You’ll help transform insights into scroll-stopping content and campaigns that build brand presence and deliver measurable results.You will work directly with the Creative & Social Strategist and Director of Client & Creative Services, collaborating with creative, digital, and client service teams to support social media strategy execution across multiple accounts. You track performance, ask “why,” and iterate quickly.· Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while staying grounded in strategy.· Comfortable contributing to client-facing conversations and helping translate ideas into clear, actionable content.· A self-starter who can balance creative tasks with an eye toward broader strategy.· Obsessed with connecting the dots between real customer problems and smart social content that inspires engagement and action.· A strong communicator who can adapt tone, style, and format for diverse client industries and audiences.· Someone who loves to drive connections and is comfortable relating to all levels of management and the diversity of personalities, both internally and externally.What You’ll Do: Creative & Social Strategy SupportSupport the creative lead in maintaining consistent messaging and visual direction across client social platforms.Assist in the development and implementation of persona-driven social media strategies aligned with client objectives, brand positioning, and audience behaviors.Build and manage social media calendars, campaign timelines, and platform-specific content plans across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.Assist with social media audits to identify gaps, opportunities, and competitive insights.Help translate client goals into actionable content that drives awareness, engagement, and lead generation.Support the creative process from concept through execution — including capturing on-site content (photo and video) and helping produce platform-optimized creative assets (graphics, video, and copy).Help ensure social content aligns with broader content, digital, and campaign strategies.Content Creation & ManagementWrite, edit, and optimize copy for posts, stories, reels, paid ads, and promotional campaigns.Capture and curate photos and short-form video at client locations, events, or product demonstrations when necessary.Leverage SEO, AEO, hashtags, and algorithm best practices to maximize reach and visibility.Assist in managing publishing schedules and community engagement across client accounts.Provide critical proofreading and brand voice alignment across all social media content.Optimization & PerformanceSupport campaign budgeting, vendor coordination, and reporting. Providing clear recommendations for strategy shifts when necessary.Monitor analytics and KPIs across platforms, identifying opportunities to improve content performance and audience growth.Run A/B tests, analyze data, and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.Stay ahead of industry trends, social platform updates, and AI-driven content tools.Client Engagement· Support social media strategy sessions and workshops, helping to document priorities, KPIs, and campaign direction.· Assist in preparing and presenting strategies, campaign performance, and insights to clients in a clear and compelling manner.· Contribute to a positive client experience by being responsive, organized, and proactive in your communications.Expanded Collaboration & Strategic Support· Extend creative thinking beyond social by contributing to cross-channel initiatives such as website content, sales enablement materials, trade shows, and events as needed.· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure messaging and visual storytelling remain consistent across every brand touchpoint.· Play an active role in evolving TGMC’s creative approach, introducing fresh ideas, tools, and innovations that strengthen how we connect brands to their audiences.How Success Will Be Measured:Engagement Growth: Increased followers, reach, and engagement metrics across client channels.Lead Generation & Conversions: Social strategies drive measurable pipeline and revenue opportunities.Client Satisfaction: Clients express confidence in your expertise, communication, and campaign results.On-Time Delivery: Campaigns, calendars, and reporting are executed on schedule.Innovation: Proactive adoption of emerging tools, trends, and AI solutions to keep TGMC strategies cutting-edge.Required Skills & Experience:2 years of experience in social media strategy, digital marketing, or related fields (agency or B2B strongly preferred).Sample portfolio of successful social strategies and campaigns, ideally for technical or industrial clients.Comfortable capturing and editing photos and video content for social use (basic equipment and smartphone proficiency expected; advanced skills are a plus).Deep understanding of platform-specific best practices, algorithms, and audience targeting.Experience with tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or equivalent.Developing proficiency in analytics platforms (Google Analytics, native platform insights, HubSpot, etc.).Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.Strong grasp of paid social, SEO for social, funnel-based messaging, and content performance tracking.Location: Remote / Cincinnati, OH (Preferred)Reports To: Director of Client & Creative ServicesClassification: Salaried, Full-Time, ExemptHours: Standard business hours (EST) with flexibility for collaboration across time zones and occasional after-hours client needs.Travel: Up to 15% (client visits, content shoots, and industry events as needed).
