In this role, you'll be the creative force behind delivering delicious, beautifully presented dishes that delight our guests. Whether managing kitchen operations, supervising staff, or crafting menus, you'll play a key part in ensuring our food offerings are top-notch. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about food, experienced in fine dining and catering environments, and ready to lead with energy and expertise.*Responsibilities** Lead food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring all dishes meet quality standards and presentation expectations.* Oversee daily kitchen operations, including supervising staff, managing shift schedules, and maintaining a smooth workflow.* Plan menus that cater to diverse dietary needs while showcasing culinary creativity and seasonal ingredients.* Manage inventory control and food production to minimize waste and ensure timely availability of ingredients.* Uphold food safety standards and sanitation protocols across all kitchen activities.* Coordinate catering events and banquet services, ensuring high-quality service and efficient setup.* Train and mentor team members to enhance their culinary skills, promote teamwork, and foster a positive work environment.*Skills** Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining, catering, or restaurant management.* MUST know Italian cuisine!!!* Proven supervising experience in a busy kitchen or hospitality setting.* Knowledge of dietary department procedures and food handling safety regulations.* Skilled in menu planning, food production, and inventory management.* Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team management and motivation.* Strong understanding of kitchen management, food service management, and hospitality standards.* Competence in food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen operations including shift management.
