Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common rooms Execute specialized tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation, and laundry to ensure comprehensive home maintenance Maintain high standards of cleanliness by dusting, vacuuming, mopping, polishing surfaces, and disinfecting high-touch areas Manage household chores like organizing clutter, changing linens, and handling light cooking or meal prep if requested Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences Follow safety protocols and use cleaning equipment responsibly to ensure a safe working environment Document completed tasks and report any maintenance issues or client concerns promptly Skills Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial roles with a focus on detailed housekeeping tasks Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, sanitation standards, and carpet or upholstery cleaning Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally and courteously with clients Ability to perform light cooking or meal preparation as part of household support (nice-to-have) Experience with laundry services and managing household chores efficiently Familiarity with hotel housekeeping standards or custodial experience is advantageous Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards Join us if you're passionate about creating clean, comfortable homes!
