Apply today and help us share the Mennonite Village story-one relationship at a time.What You'll DoRelationship-Centered Sales & Resident GuidanceBuild and nurture authentic, trust-based relationships with prospective residents, families, current residents, team members, and community partnersServe as a knowledgeable and compassionate guide through the inquiry, visit, and decision-making processRespond promptly and warmly to all inquiries, including phone calls, emails, and walk-insMaintain consistent, thoughtful communication with leads and prospectsSupport occupancy goals through consultative engagement and follow-upGenerate referrals through meaningful connections and community presenceExceed hospitality and service expectations during tours and interactionsMarketing, Events & Community EngagementPartner with the Sales and Marketing team to plan and execute events, outreach opportunities, and community experiencesParticipate in on-site and off-site events, including occasional evenings and weekendsAssist in hosting tours, open houses, and special eventsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure community spaces are presentation-ready and welcomingSocial Media & StorytellingAssist the Director of Sales and Marketing with social media initiativesCapture photos and videos that highlight community life, resident experiences, and eventsContribute creative ideas for engaging mission-aligned contentHelp share authenticRequired QualificationsWhat We're Looking ForAssociate (two-year) degree required; Bachelor's degree preferredStrong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and writtenProfessional phone presence and customer service experienceOrganizational skills with attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectivelyComfort with technology, including CRM systems and Microsoft OfficeAbility to work occasional evenings and weekends for eventsPreferred ExperienceExperience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality salesFamiliarity with CCRCs and senior care levelsSocial media management experience (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)Basic photography skills and an eye for visual storytellingDigital marketing experienceThe Qualities That Set You ApartCompassionate, patient, and genuinely interested in serving seniors and their familiesPositive, team-oriented attitudeAdaptable, proactive, and solutions-focusedProfessional, polished, and dependablePay range, depending on experience: $24.75 - $33.25 per hourEqual Employment Opportunity StatementMennonite Village values diversity and inclusion and is committed to equal employment opportunity for all.
