The Retail Salesperson will engage with customers to provide product information, answer questions, and offer tailored recommendations to meet their wellness needs. They will be responsible for retail sales operations, including maintaining an organized and visually appealing sales floor, processing transactions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role will also involve staying up to date with product knowledge and wellness trends to provide value-based insights to customers.QualificationsStrong knowledge of wellness products, cannabinoids, and the ability to convey their benefits effectively.Proficient in retail sales strategies and techniques to drive customer engagement and meet sales goals.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers effectively.Experience in customer service and demonstrated ability to provide exceptional support to shoppers.Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a customer-first approach.High school diploma or equivalent; previous retail experience is a plus.Passion for wellness/cannabis promoting healthy lifestyles.
