Engineering Apprentice
Candidate Must be actively enrolled and pursuing a BS degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering. Must be at least Junior level in college.
Plans and designs manufacturing processes in industrial plants.
Maximizes efficiency by analyzing the layout of equipment, workflow, assembly methods, and workforce utilization.
Determines parts and tools needed to achieve manufacturing goals according to product specifications.
Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
Works under immediate supervision.
Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
