Confidential Employer.Job Description Defend clients in complex insurance defense litigation mattersHandle cases involving catastrophic injury, wrongful death, transportation, construction, premises liability, and product defectsDraft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and discoveryConduct legal research and develop case strategyTake and defend depositionsParticipate in mediations, hearings, and other litigation proceedingsManage active files, deadlines, and client communications in a fast-paced practiceCollaborate with partners and other attorneys on litigation strategy, evaluation, and resolutionSupport trial preparation and overall case development from inception through resolution Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law schoolActive member in good standing with the Georgia Bar3+ years of insurance defense or related civil litigation experienceExperience handling litigation matters involving bodily injury, wrongful death, transportation, construction, premises liability, or product liability is strongly preferredStrong writing, research, and oral advocacy skillsAbility to manage multiple matters and deadlines with solid judgment and attention to detail Why You Will Love Working HereYou’ll join a team that values excellent legal work, professionalism, and collaboration.
