Visit www.masterbrand.com to learn more and join us in building great experiences together!Job DescriptionThe Senior Manager, Continuous Improvement will deliver measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost by coaching plant leadership teams, building internal continuous improvement capability, and accelerating MasterBrand Business Systems maturity across Semi Custom operations. Enable results through disciplined project selection, validated savings, leader coaching at Gemba, and structured hand off to plant ownership. Lead change by developing leaders, strengthening Daily Management systems, and ensuring improvements are sustained after implementation. This role may be based anywhere within the U.S., with a preference for candidates located in Indiana. Travel up to 75% to various facilities is required.ResponsibilitiesChampion the MasterBrand Way Continuous Improvement strategy and provide hands-on support and all necessary training during implementationLead effort to implement best practices across plants and/or divisions, ensuring adherence to the principles of lean manufacturingAssist and mentor plant management and Continuous Improvement teams with planning and facilitation of strategic plans, kaizen workshops, and other lean activitiesEstablish sustainment mechanisms (leader standard work, audits, metrics) that verify adoption at 60/90/180 daysEnable and lead initiatives that contribute to the Semi-Custom business savings target, with finance-validated and sustained resultsChampion safety through demonstrated commitment, site-specific safety plans and targeted MasterBrand initiativesBuild a prioritized improvement portfolio using VSM, kaizen funnels, and A3s tied to SQDC metrics that enhance MasterBrand's manufacturing platformImprove Semi-Custom business maturity to identified target, focusing on Daily Management, 6S, Standard Work and other toolsWork with organizational leaders to build Kaizen funnel and opportunities for improvement; transition facilitation ownership to plant teams through co-facilitation and readiness verificationDevelop a "train-the-trainer" model that reduces reliance on central CI resourcesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or a related required; advanced degree or professional manufacturing certification(s) preferred10+ years leadership experience in a lean manufacturing organizationProven track record for transforming organizations – building the team, managing change, streamlining processes and driving safety, quality, delivery and cost improvementsDemonstrated problem solving and project management skillsExperience with facilitation, delivering training to large groups preferredExceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills (both verbal and written)Experience with change management principles and demonstrated ability to drive and manage the change processInfluences without authority by using data, gemba insight, and shared ownershipWillingness and ability to travel overnight up to 75%, based on home office locationEqual Employment OpportunityMasterBrand Cabinets LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
