Role Description The Outside Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Centennial, CO. The role entails developing new business through lead generation, managing client accounts, maintaining customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. The Sales Manager will create and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets while establishing and nurturing long-term client relationships. Qualifications Proven experience in Lead Generation and SalesStrong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skillsEffective Account Management skills with a focus on building and maintaining client relationshipsAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPrior experience in a similar industry or role is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
