Production Supervisor

As a Manufacturing Production Supervisor you will lead a frontline production team to meet daily output, quality, and safety targets while developing the hourly workforce through on-the-job training and coaching. You'll partner with maintenance, quality, and operations leadership to remove bottlenecks and continuously improve production flow. This is a salaried leadership role with no overtime and meaningful upside through promotion and profit sharing.Key responsibilities: Lead, coach, and develop a crew of 15-30 production associates; set expectations, mentor, and model standards.Manage daily production schedule to meet output and quality goals.Enforce and promote safety - conduct safety audits, lead investigations, and ensure compliance with policies.Maintain quality standards and identify/process improvement opportunities to reduce waste and increase throughput.Coordinate with maintenance and support teams to ensure uptime and smooth handoffs to field/homebuilding sites.Handle basic workforce administration: staffing plans, timekeeping oversight, and frontline performance conversations.Assist plant leadership with hiring, progressive discipline, and employee relations as required.Day-to-day expectations:First-shift supervision (typical hours 6:00am-2:30pm; may shift earlier seasonally).Heavy focus on hands-on leadership and OJT - you'll be on the floor, not behind a desk.Fast decision-making and clear, direct communication with cross-functional partners and field teams.Must have: Demonstrated leadership ability - leads by example, builds cohesion, and holds teams accountable.Comfortable leading a production crew and managing daily priorities in a fast tempo environment.Compensation & benefits: Base salary: $80,000-$85,000 (salaried; no OT).Full benefits package and 401(k).Company profit-sharing program once vested.Strong internal promotion track - meaningful pay increases available with advancement.Stable, respected brand with a collaborative, team-first culture.Work for a Fortune-level brand with a clear path to plant leadership,Veteran-friendly culture and a history of promoting military talent!
