Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a testifying expert witness in complex environmental litigation matters Lead technical evaluations of disputed environmental issues and oversee forensic analyses Interface with legal counsel and clients, providing strategic technical support and managing multiple projectsRequired Qualifications, Training, and Education15+ years of consulting experience in environmental litigation cases M.S. or Ph.D. in environmental science, geology, hydrogeology, engineering, or a related discipline Expert knowledge of regulatory requirements for remedial investigation and risk assessment Proven technical leadership and project management skills Experience with high-risk contaminants and complex scientific dataset analysis
