Hiring: R&D Engineer / Systems EngineerLocation: St. Paul, MN Duration: Long TermWe are looking for an experienced Systems Engineer to support next-generation electrophysiology and advanced cardiac mapping technologies. The role involves leading system design, integration, troubleshooting, and product development from concept through launch in a medical device environment.Key Responsibilities:• Lead system engineering activities for new product development• Support system architecture, integration, and performance analysis• Develop product requirements with cross-functional teams• Solve complex engineering issues and perform root cause analysis• Collaborate with Product, Clinical, and Engineering teams• Present technical updates to senior leadership• Mentor junior engineers and lead project teams• Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO, and regulatory standardsRequired Skills:5+ years in systems engineering or product developmentExperience with electrical hardware, software, and signal-processing systemsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsMedical device industry experience preferredKnowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)Knowledge of IEC 60601 and medical device regulationsExcellent communication and leadership skillsBachelor’s degree in Electrical, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
