Urgent Hiring: Helpers for In-Home Support - Powell Township, MILocation: Powell Township, MI Start Date: ASAP Helper Rate: $16$17 per hourWe are seeking multiple compassionate and reliable helpers to provide 24/7 care for a female client who is wheelchair-bound and unable to walk. She is currently in a facility and will transition home once consistent in-home care is arranged.She requires hands-on assistance with daily activities and transfers due to fall risk.Care ResponsibilitiesAssist with transfers (wheelchair ? bed, bathroom, etc.)Provide ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting)Prepare meals and assist with feeding if neededPerform light housekeepingProvide companionship and supervisionEnsure overall safety and comfortSchedule24/7 care required (168 hours per week)Open to 13 caregivers (or more) to cover all shiftsFlexible scheduling based on team availabilityIdeal CandidateExperience with transfers and wheelchair-bound clientsPhysically capable and safety-focusedReliable and committed to scheduled shiftsComfortable in a home with large dogsPatient, compassionate, and attentiveThis role is best suited for experienced helpers who are confident with full ADL support and transfers, and can provide consistent, around-the-clock care in a team-based setup.
