Senior EHS Leadership Opportunity – South CarolinaI’m currently recruiting for a high-impact Environmental, Health & Safety leadership position with a large-scale regulated manufacturing operation located in South Carolina. This is a highly visible plant leadership role supporting a 24/7 manufacturing campus with more than 1,000 employees and significant operational complexity. The individual hired will serve as the senior site authority for Environmental, Health & Safety strategy, compliance, and cultural leadership.Key areas of responsibility include:Leading site-wide EHS strategy and regulatory compliance programsDriving OSHA, EPA, DOT, environmental permitting, waste, air, and water compliance initiativesLeading incident investigations, CAPA, risk reduction, and continuous improvement effortsBuilding and strengthening a proactive, accountability-driven safety culture across a large manufacturing workforceServing as the primary site liaison with regulatory agencies and corporate EHS leadershipParticipating directly with plant leadership and influencing broader operational strategyThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing:Strategic leadershipRegulatory oversightOperational partnershipCulture transformationHands-on manufacturing engagementPreferred background:Manufacturing or medical device environmentStrong OSHA/EPA expertiseExperience leading EHS programs within complex, high-volume operationsCSP, CIH, or related certifications are highly valued Relocation assistance is available.
