With a commitment to quality craftsmanship and lasting relationships, this team continues to raise the bar in commercial construction.They are actively seeking a Detail-Oriented Drywall Estimator to join their growing team. The ideal candidate brings experience in commercial interiors and a strong ability to accurately assess and bid drywall and framing projects.What You'll Be Doing:Prepare detailed cost estimates for drywall, framing, and finish scopesRead and interpret architectural drawings and specificationsConduct quantity takeoffs and review subcontractor/vendor quotesCollaborate with the project management team to develop competitive bidsAssist in value engineering efforts to optimize cost savingsMaintain historical cost data and stay current on industry pricingWhat We're Looking For:3+ years of estimating experience in drywall and metal stud framingProficiency with estimating software (QuickBid, OST, or similar)Strong understanding of construction documents and scopes of workExcellent math, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to work independently and meet bid deadlinesThis is a confidential opportunity managed by Solid Rock Recruiting.
