In this role, you will build advanced auditing skills while working on complex government engagements, including large states, municipalities, and federal compliance audits.ResponsibilitiesPerform audit procedures, identify issues, and document findings in accordance with professional standardsMaintain strong client relationships through responsive and professional communicationCollaborate with team members to achieve engagement goalsDevelop knowledge of GASB and GAGAS standardsParticipate in ongoing training and professional developmentTravel to client sites as neededQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldCPA eligible, in progress, or licensedAt least 1.5 years of public accounting experience, with government audit experience preferredProficiency in Microsoft Excel and adaptability with audit technologiesWhy MGOWork with dynamic, high impact clientsInclusive, people first culture rooted in trust and growthCareer advancement opportunities within a fast growing firmFlexible work options and competitive benefitsSalary Range $75,000 to $90,000
