General Construction Worker

(hamer, tape measure, screw driver, hard hat. Duties Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites, including unloading materials and organizing tools Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely to perform tasks such as framing, roofing, concrete finishing, and masonry work Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure accurate execution of tasks Perform tasks related to carpentry, drywall installation, door hanging, trim carpentry, and window installation Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications Support specialized work such as plumbing, electrical wiring, stucco application, caulking, tile laying, and glass installation Assist with demolition, restoration projects, or remodeling efforts as needed to meet project goals Requirements Prior experience working on construction sites or in related trades preferred but not required; training provided for motivated learners Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation is highly desirable Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately to support various trades including carpentry, masonry, or electrical work Knowledge of construction safety practices and protocols to maintain a secure work environment Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, lift heavy materials, climb ladders or scaffolding, and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills and supporting team members Certifications in construction management or specific trade skills such as welding or concrete finishing are a plus but not mandatory Embark on a rewarding career journey where your craftsmanship makes a real difference!
