Front Counter Assistant/Customer Service

Job Summary We are seeking a superstar Front Counter Assistant to be a part of our growing team. No automotive experience is needed! We are willing to train the right person. The Car Care Center is a family owned and rapidly growing automotive service. We are looking for an organized, motivated, reliable, energetic person with a great personality to help keep our front counter productive and take excellent care of our clients. Previous customer service and/or sales experience is a plus. Responsibilities - Answering the phone and setting appointments - Accepting payments when services are complete - Negotiating parts pricing with vendors - Receiving parts deliveries and tracking cores/warranty items - Assisting the Service Advisor/Manager as necessary We offer: - Monday - Friday work week.
