This role focuses on concept creation, mockups, and defining design direction before production execution. (Please note this is a fully on-site position in Jersey City, New Jersey).Key Responsibilities Design packaging graphics for product lines, inserts, and supporting collateralDevelop visual concepts for new brands and product launchesExplore multiple design directions and refine conceptsCreate cutting edge AI designs to visualize final packaging outcomesTranslate approved concepts into structured layouts for production handoffEnsure consistency between concept design and final executionCollaborate cross-functionally to align packaging with brand and digital initiativesQualifications 5+ years of experience in brand, packaging, or marketing designStrong visual design skills (layout, typography, composition)Proven ability to develop original, high-quality design conceptsTools & Skills Adobe Creative Suite (strong InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator proficiency)AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude Design, Gemini, etc.)Strong understanding of packaging layout systemsPowered by JazzHR
