Position Summary Davcor Aviation Services is seeking entry-level Aircraft Maintenance Technicians to support aircraft fuel system and fuel tank maintenance operations. This position is ideal for mechanically inclined individuals who are safety-focused, dependable, and interested in building a long-term career in the aviation maintenance industry. Technicians in this role will work in a safety-sensitive, FAA-regulated environment and receive hands-on experience alongside experienced aviation professionals. Key Responsibilities Assist with aircraft fuel tank maintenance, inspection, and repair tasks Support fuel tank entry, cleaning, sealing, and component removal/installation Use basic hand tools and maintenance equipment to perform assigned tasks Follow technical data, work instructions, and company procedures Work safely in confined spaces while wearing required PPE Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership Minimum Qualifications Mechanical aptitude with experience using hand tools Ability to work in confined spaces (required) Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English Ability to follow technical data and detailed work instructions Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team Valid driver’s license Must successfully pass pre-employment screening, including: FAA-mandated drug test Background check Must provide basic personal hand tools Preferred Qualifications (Not Required) Previous aviation, mechanical, industrial, or maintenance experience Familiarity with safety-sensitive or regulated work environments Interest in long-term career growth within aviation maintenance Work Environment & Physical Requirements Work performed on aircraft and in hangar/industrial environments Requires standing, bending, kneeling, climbing, and working in confined spaces Use of PPE as required Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay: $17-$19 per hour Training and advancement opportunities within Davcor Aviation Services Why Join Davcor Aviation Services?
