Suncoast Hospice, a part of Empath Health is seeking a caring and motivated CNA to care for patients in private homes, long-term care facilities or assisted-living facilities. while providing exceptional care. As part of Empath Health, we help those living with advanced illness find comfort, dignity, and meaning, while supporting their families and caregivers with guidance and care every step of the way.What you'll Do:Under the direction of an RN, the hospice CNA delivers emotional and physical support to terminal patients and their primary caregivers.
