HVAC Installer

Our motivation to start our business was to create an environment unlike any of the companies we had worked for in the past. We (the owners) have been in your shoes before. We both have been installation technicians, maintenance technicians, service technicians, leaders in all aspects of the industry and have not forgotten what it is like to work hard in the extreme heat. We created our business based on operating our business differently than any of the companies we worked for in the past. Our company has been in business for 20 + Years in Lake County Florida. We are looking for applicants that live in or near the Lake County Area. We are a company that continually teaches their employees. We are looking for a Residential/Light Commercial Installers. We are looking for Installers that want to become part of our team. We are looking for Installers that want to continue to learn new technology. Applicants must have a positive can do attitude. Applicants must be capable of working in a team atmosphere. Applicants must be able to show up to work consistently. Applicants must have good customer communication skills. Applicants must be able to take initiative on their own. Applicants must have a clean and valid drivers license. Applicants must have standard technician hand tools. Applicants must be able to pass a required drug test. Applicants must have experience performing HVAC installing practices. Must have 5+ Years or more experience in HVAC as a Install Technician. Must have a clear understanding of the refrigeration cycle and clear understanding of low voltage controls. Must be willing to continue to learn for installations with different tiers of equipment. Must have EPA Certification or willing to get your EPA Certification. NATE Certification is a plus. Hourly Rate Pay is based on experience and performance.
