We believe the combination of our unique culture, total compensation, workplace flexibility and care for the team is unmatched across not just beauty but any industry.We're building a best-in-class field team and looking for passionate, strategic Field Account Executives to drive education, events, and in-store execution across key markets.What You'll Do Represent rhode in the fieldowning sales performance, education, and brand execution across your assigned territoryBuild strong partnerships with Sephora store leadership and cast members to drive brand visibility and conversionLead elevated trainings and education experiences, ensuring Beauty Advisors can confidently speak to rhode's brand and productsSupport and execute activations, store events, and seasonal Sephora moments to drive trial and awarenessMaintain merchandising standards and ensure flawless execution of campaign launches and new door openingsManage a team of freelance support and act as a liaison between stores and HQShare feedback, insights, and trends from the field to shape future strategyWhat You'll Bring Bachelor's degree required5+ years of experience in retail, beauty, or field education.Sephora experience requiredExperience managing freelance or in-store support teamsPassion for skincare and deep understanding of the prestige beauty retail environmentStrong communicator with a proactive, goal-oriented mindsetAble to build relationships, adapt on the fly, and work hands-on in storesWillingness to travel regularly within your market and lift products for in-store eventsOther Details for Consideration Location for position: Must reside in Orange County, CA/ or be a short commutable distance by carWork Schedule: Willing to work weekends and holidays due to retail nature of the jobReports to: Senior Manager, Field, Education & EventsSalary range budgeted for position: $85K-$110K (+ bonus & equity)The base salary range for this role is listed above.Total compensation includes base salary, annual company-based performance bonus, and equity. Under e.l.f.'s annual bonus program, employees are eligible to earn up to 200% of their target bonus when company performance exceeds defined goals. The amount of total compensation (including base salary) offered will be based on a wide range of factors, including geographic location, experience, specific skills, and qualifications.Compensation components are subject to change at the company's discretion
