About the Opportunity:The AI Engineer (Data Intelligence Analyst) role is critical in transforming complex data into actionable intelligence to support enterprise healthcare projects. This position drives the development and operationalization of AI and analytics solutions that improve decision-making and risk identification across the organization. The role also plays a key part in migrating data infrastructure and enhancing reporting aligned with governance standards.3. Responsibilities:• Collaborate with end-users to gather and clarify business requirements and data needs for enterprise data intelligence initiatives.• Develop specifications for reports, dashboards, and analyses based on clinical and business data.• Build, validate, and deploy AI and analytics models in a secure healthcare environment.• Support Azure Fabric migration by creating reusable data models, pipelines, semantic layers, and governance-compliant reporting assets.• Deliver predictive analytics, natural language processing, automation, anomaly detection, and self-service intelligence tools.• Analyze data requests, recommend solutions, and provide sophisticated data reporting and insights.• Participate in re-engineering operational workflows with business owners.• Manage and lead quality assurance and testing efforts, including integrated testing processes.• Serve as the main liaison for vendor support on complex projects.• Lead process and requirements analysis, including documentation and stakeholder engagement.• Contribute to strategic discussions by identifying options and evaluating their impact.4. Requirements:• Experience with AI and analytics solution development in healthcare.• Knowledge of healthcare data, reporting, and governance standards.• Familiarity with Azure Fabric migration and building data models and pipelines.• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.• Experience with Epic migration and change control processes.• Ability to manage vendor relationships and lead quality assurance initiatives.5.
