About the Opportunity:The Senior Deal Desk Specialist governs complex, high-value, and non-standard sales opportunities, ensuring they are complete, compliant, and ready to advance through the sales lifecycle. This role serves as the primary coordinator between Sales and internal partners during deal formation, managing approvals, dependencies, and timelines. In addition to deal execution, the position aims to improve deal governance, reduce friction, and enable scalability through process improvements and automation.3. Responsibilities:• Review and intake complex sales opportunities for completeness and readiness• Validate supporting documents such as agreements, pricing approvals, and compliance reviews• Collaborate with Contracts/Legal, Pricing, Compliance, Vetting, and Billing teams• Serve as liaison between Sales and internal partners during deal structuring and approval• Support Sales in advancing opportunities through approval workflows• Track deal progress and enforce accountability for timelines and service levels• Ensure all necessary approvals are obtained, documented, and recorded before deal progression• Identify recurring issues and bottlenecks, recommend process improvements and automation4. Requirements:• 7+ years supporting complex B2B sales processes or deal governance• Strong judgment, attention to detail, and ability to work in ambiguity• Ability to work independently and collaboratively• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce• Proven experience driving process improvement initiatives5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• Salary range: $80,237 - $139,077• Eligible for variable pay and comprehensive benefits package• Compensation reflects factors including work location, skills, experience, and education6.
