Human Resources Talent Acquisition Manager
Brief DescriptionThe Human Resources Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes across a network of 7-10 US warehouse operations. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. The HR/TA Manager will collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with company goals and contribute to overall employee satisfaction and organizational growth and ensure a productive and positive work environment.50-60% of your time will be spent as a full-cycle talent acquisition partner supporting ACR's manufacturing and warehouse operations. This role manages a multi-site requisition load — from proactive sourcing through offer — while delivering a consistent candidate experience and partnering closely with hiring managers to meet ACR's growing workforce needs.This is a remote position that will require about 20-25% travel to our warehouse and manufacturing facilities.How you will make the impactGeneral HR Responsibilities: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts. Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations, and recordkeeping to minimize legal risks. Communicate HR policies and procedures and ensure they align with company goals and legal requirements and collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives. Oversee the performance management process end to end, including goal setting, corrective actions, performance appraisals, and terminations. Collaborate with L&D to deliver required training programs and identify training needs to enhance employee skills and career development. Develop initiatives to boost morale and retain top talent. Serve as advisor to business leaders to resolve employee issues and concerns. Talent Acquisition Strategic to TacticalPartner with hiring managers and HR leadership to understand workforce needs, translating business growth and site-level headcount plans into proactive sourcing strategies Contribute to employer brand efforts by representing ACR authentically across sourcing channels, job fairs, and community partnerships — particularly in warehouse, manufacturing, and food service distribution markets Analyze recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rates) to identify trends and recommend process improvements Support workforce planning by maintaining awareness of labor market conditions across ACR's operating regions (U.S. and Canada) OperationalManage full-cycle recruitment for assigned requisitions across multiple sites and functions, including hourly, skilled trades, and exempt roles Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing via Indeed, job boards, employee referrals, and community outreach Partner with hiring managers to develop accurate, compelling job postings and define role-specific screening criteria Facilitate a consistent, equitable candidate experience from initial contact through offer stage Coordinate and conduct phone screens, structured interviews, and debrief sessions with hiring teamsRequirementsWhat you'll need to be successful:Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required5+ years of HR generalist and HR systems experience required5+ years of recruiter experience, in various industries and talent levels Ability to establish and maintain collaborative working relationships at all levels of the organization. Exceptional communication, problem solving, and influence skills Strong working knowledge of HRIS systems and Office 365. High degree of confidentiality, accuracy, and attention to detail. Be able to work independently, adjust priorities quickly and adapt to frequent changes to the workload. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position. ACR reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
