Details Work in a 15-room Emergency Department seeing approximately 100 patients per day The hospital also includes a 13-bed ICU, Med/Surg, PCU, Acute Rehab, and Level 2 OB units 24/7 support from Respiratory Therapy, ER providers, and a hospitalist team on site Night shift: 19:00-07:30 13-week contract Requirements Active IN or Compact RN license required Minimum 2 years of ED nursing experience required Charge nurse experience required; must be comfortable in a charge role Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and PALS — all must be AHA-issued TNCC certification required (renewed every 4 years) NIH Stroke Scale certification required (Group A updated yearly; Groups B-F updated every 2 years) CPI (Non-Violent Crisis Intervention) certification required — must be an 8-hour course, updated every 2 years Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address Two professional references required for consideration Copy of Driver's License required for consideration Full SSN and full DOB required for consideration Additional Information Provide emergency nursing care across the full spectrum of ER patient presentations Local candidates are accepted; however, local candidates may be subject to a reduced pay rate depending on proximity to the facility COVID vaccination is not required for this position American Traveler Job ID P-685989.
