Our team takes pride in professionalism, craftsmanship, and doing the job right. Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Installer to join our Carolina team. This role is responsible for installing HVAC systems in residential homes while delivering high quality workmanship and excellent customer service. Essential Functions Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, piping, and gas lines in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local codes.Assemble and install heating and air conditioning units in residential settings.Perform installations independently while maintaining quality and safety standards.Read and follow installation plans, layouts, and written instructions.Maintain accurate documentation of all work performed.Interact professionally with homeowners to ensure a positive customer experience.Complete special projects and additional duties as assigned. Required Qualifications EPA Universal Certification (required)2-3 years of residential HVAC installation experienceValid driver's license with an insurable driving recordAbility to follow verbal and written instructionsAbility to take direction from Leads and SupervisorsStrong attendance, reliability, and punctualityCommitment to following all safety rules and proceduresAbility to work in confined spaces including attics, crawl spaces, and rooftopsAbility to lift and carry up to 50 lbs with assistanceAbility to safely use tools and laddersWillingness to invest in and maintain required toolsProfessional demeanor and customer focused mindseWhy should you join our team?
