This role involves maintaining a steady supply of clean items for kitchen staff, adhering to sanitation standards, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the kitchen operations. The Dishwasher plays a crucial role in upholding cleanliness and hygiene within the food service establishment.JOB DESCRIPTIONScrape, rinse, and load dishes and utensils into dish machineWash and sanitize all pans, utensils, and dishesClean, sanitize, and maintain dish machineUnload dishes and utensils from dish machine and organize them properlyEmpty trash containers regularlyMaintain a clean work area and kitchen by sweeping and mopping as neededPerform additional cleaning duties as requestedClean food prep stations and equipmentQUALIFICATIONSHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferredRestaurant or customer service experience preferredAbility to obtain and maintain a food handler certification cardMust be able to stand continuously throughout an 8 hour shiftAbility to lift and carry up to 50 poundsComfortable bending, climbing, reaching, stooping, and moving quicklyAbility to work nights, weekends, and holidaysWorking knowledge of sanitation proceduresAbility to read, write, and speak in English and Spanish is preferred or a plusWork Schedule8 hour shiftWeekend availabilityDay shiftHolidaysNight shiftThe Herb Box - RWSW Holding Inc. 7000 E Shea Blvd, Phoenix, AZ, 85028
