Responsibilities Manage the medical care of patient panel by providing or arranging inpatient hospital care consistent with Medical Staff requirements. Collaborate with patients, families, and care team to ensure excellent outcomes at designated clinic locations and any BJC clinical outreach location as needed. Perform and document medical histories and physicals in the patient’s medical record as required by hospital bylaws. Arrange call coverage for clinic patients and inpatient call coverage per BJC policies, legal, ethical, and professional standards. Collaborate and teach advanced practice providers, support staff, or any care team member assigned to the patient panel. Operate as a safety‑sensitive position requiring a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
