Company DescriptionHigh Performance Printing is a small, family owned Screen Printing and Embroidered apparel business estabished in 2022. Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Embroiderer and/or Screen Printer role based in Big Bend, WI. The role involves operating embroidery or screen-printing equipment to produce high-quality textile designs and prints. The successful candidate will interpret design specifications, ensure accurate machine setup, monitor the production process, and maintain equipment for optimal performance. Additional tasks may include inspecting final outputs for quality assurance, managing inventory of materials, and collaborating with team members to meet production deadlines. Qualifications Experience in Print Production, including setting up and operating printing equipment.Skilled in Screen Printing and Printing techniques, with an emphasis on quality and precision.Knowledge of Embroidery processes, including machine operation and maintenance.Familiarity with Print Design fundamentals, including layout and color application.Strong attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently, and meet production deadlines.Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills for equipment adjustments and maintenance.Ability to work on-site in Milwaukee, WI, and collaborate effectively with team members.Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.
