Apply via Dice today!Job Summary The Oracle SCM Cloud Procurement Lead will be responsible for leading the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Fusion Procurement solutions within Supply Chain Management (SCM). This role requires strong functional expertise in Procurement modules and hands-on experience with adjacent SCM areas. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle Cloud ERP implementations and the ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Fusion Procurement modules including Core Procurement, Self-Service Procurement, Supplier Portal, Sourcing, and Contracts Provide functional expertise across SCM modules such as Inventory, Order Management, Product Hub, and Logistics Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions Conduct business process workshops, fit-gap analysis, and document functional design specifications Support system configuration, testing activities (SIT and UAT), and cutover processes Work with technical teams on integrations, reports, and extensions (RICE components) Provide post-production support, user training, and continuous improvement recommendations Required Qualifications 10+ years of functional experience in Oracle Procurement and SCM (EBS and/or Cloud) Experience in at least 2 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud ERP (Fusion) implementations in Procurement Strong expertise in Procurement Cloud modules including Purchasing, Self-Service Procurement, Supplier Portal, Sourcing, and Contracts Working knowledge of SCM Cloud modules such as Inventory, Order Management, Product Hub, and Logistics Proven ability to conduct workshops, gather business requirements, and document functional processes Experience with Oracle SCM, Oracle Cloud, and Procurement Preferred Qualifications Oracle certifications in Procurement or SCM Cloud Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and third-party system integrations Education: Bachelors Degree Certification: Oracle Procurement , Oracle SCM Cloud
