As a global leader in workforce, business, and digital transformation, we leverage AI-driven technologies and insights to connect top talent with leading companies.Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Program Coordinator to oversee global workforce operations, onboarding governance, and VMS program execution.This role requires deep expertise in workforce management platforms, stakeholder coordination, and compliance oversight. The Sr. Program Coordinator will serve as a senior operational resource responsible for driving process efficiency, ensuring compliance across global programs, and mentoring junior coordinators.Key Responsibilities:Global Workforce Program ManagementLead onboarding and offboarding operations for global workforce populations.Ensure alignment with client requirements, regional regulations, and internal policies.Manage complex worker types including contractors, EOR employees, and contingent labor.VMS Program OwnershipAct as a subject matter expert for VMS platforms such as Fieldglass and Beeline.Manage worker lifecycle activities including onboarding tasks, worker records, and system compliance.Identify and resolve system or workflow issues impacting workforce operations.Cross-Functional Stakeholder LeadershipServe as a primary operational liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams including HR, Payroll, Compliance, and Recruitment.Coordinate across global regions and time zones to support program delivery.Escalate operational risks and recommend process improvements.Workforce Compliance & Payroll ReadinessEnsure all workforce data, documentation, and approvals are compliant and audit-ready.Monitor time reporting processes and ensure payroll readiness for multiple worker populations.Support compliance reviews and internal audits.Vendor & Screening OversightOversee background check processes and vendor performance.Ensure screening and onboarding activities meet client and regulatory requirements.Workforce Engagement & Program OptimizationSupport workforce engagement strategies including check-ins, surveys, and retention initiatives.Identify operational improvement opportunities and implement process enhancements.Mentor and support Jr. Program Coordinators as needed.Qualifications:5+ years of experience in workforce operations, MSP programs, HR operations, or contingent workforce management.Strong experience with VMS platforms such as Fieldglass or Beeline.Experience supporting global workforce programs and multiple worker types (EOR, contractors, contingent workforce).Advanced organizational and stakeholder management skills.Strong problem-solving and operational leadership capabilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS systems such as JobDiva.Why Join eTeam?Be part of a company shaping the future of work, business, and digital transformation.Work with cutting-edge AI-driven technologies and insights that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Experience a high-growth, performance-driven culture with clear career progression opportunities.Join a global team committed to transformation, agility, and partnership in talent solutions.Full-time position with a flexible work environment (Remote or Hybrid).Attractive Base salary with Industry Best Incentive Structure, Excellent Rewards & Recognition program, Health and other Standard Benefits.Are you ready to elevate your recruitment career and drive success in a rapidly evolving industry?
