This is a place for people who want to grow, contribute, and be part of a shop that takes its work seriously.About the RoleWe are hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician to support equipment uptime in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.You will work across a variety of systems including presses, CNC equipment, conveyors, HVAC, sheet metal machinery, and overhead cranes. This role requires hands-on troubleshooting, mechanical problem-solving, and the ability to respond when production depends on you.This is not a slow-paced or predictable role. Equipment issues happen, priorities shift, and you are expected to think, adapt, and respond.What You Will Do• Perform preventive and scheduled maintenance on production equipment and facility systems• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues across multiple systems in a live production environment• Respond to breakdowns and restore equipment safely and efficiently• Work with motors, bearings, chains, belts, gearboxes, and related mechanical components• Assist with rigging, lifting, and installation using cranes, hoists, and other equipment• Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment as needed• Support equipment installs, modifications, and continuous improvement efforts• Follow all safety procedures including PPE and lockout/tagout• Maintain clean and organized work areas• Document work performed and communicate clearly with team membersWhat the Work Is LikeSome days are routine preventive maintenance. Other days require diagnosing and fixing equipment issues while production is waiting. The work is hands-on, varied, and requires focus and ownership.Who Succeeds HerePeople who succeed in this role are not intimidated by industrial environments. Employees who demonstrate strong troubleshooting ability, reliability, and ownership progress more quickly.Employees who develop advanced mechanical ability and take on more complex repair and installation work have the opportunity to progress toward the upper end of the maintenance pay range and into higher-level responsibilities as the team continues to grow.Work EnvironmentThis role supports a production environment and requires flexibility to work a set schedule that supports operational needs.Day shift roles typically follow a 5x8 schedule. Night shift roles typically follow a 4x10 schedule and include shift differential pay, paid lunch, and additional PTO eligibility after one year.You will work in a variety of environments including heights, confined spaces, and active production areas. The role involves lifting, climbing, and frequent use of tools and equipment.Compensation$26.00 to $40.00 per hour starting range, depending on experience and demonstrated mechanical ability.This role is part of a broader maintenance technician pay band. Employees who develop strong troubleshooting skills, reliability, and independence progress through the range over time.This pay information is provided in compliance with Washington State requirements.
