We’re looking for a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to play a key role in centralizing our recruiting process, strengthening how we hire, and helping shape a consistent, professional candidate experience across the company.This role reports directly to the Director of HR and will be instrumental in building HCC’s structured interview process, partnering closely with leaders to bring consistency, fairness, and clarity to hiring decisions as the organization scales.What You’ll Be DoingOwn full‑cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried roles across the organizationHelp centralize and standardize recruiting practices, tools, and workflows company‑widePartner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, priorities, and role requirementsBuild and maintain structured interview processes, including interview guides, scorecards, and selection standardsConduct resume reviews and initial phone screens in English and SpanishCoordinate interviews and support a fair, consistent, and well‑organized interview experienceSupport job offers and ensure a smooth handoff to onboardingBuild talent pipelines for skilled trades, early‑career talent, and hard‑to‑fill rolesOwn recruiting systems (Paycor ATS), data accuracy, and recruiting metricsRepresent HCC at career fairs, schools, and community eventsIdentify opportunities to continuously improve recruiting efficiency and qualityHybrid Schedule: This role works onsite 2–3 days per week to partner closely with leaders and teams.
