AI/ML Solution Architect

We are seeking a Technology Architect with 10+ years of experience in designing and implementing enterprise AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AI/ML solution architecture, Generative AI, Agentic Engineering, and Machine Learning, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable AI strategies and technical solutions. Roles and Responsibilities Design and architect comprehensive AI/ML solutions aligned with business objectives and technical requirements. Develop and implement solutions leveraging Generative AI, Agentic Engineering, Machine Learning, and AI technologies. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate business goals into AI strategies, architectures, and roadmaps. Provide technical leadership across AI/ML solution design and implementation initiatives. Guide engineering teams in developing scalable, secure, and production-ready AI solutions. Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities for business adoption. Apply Responsible AI principles to AI solution architecture and implementation. Support MLOps, model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management where required. Mentor technical teams and contribute to architecture standards, best practices, and technical documentation. Required Qualifications 10+ years of overall IT/technology experience. Strong experience in AI/ML Solution Architecture and Design. Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies and solutions. Strong expertise in Agentic Engineering / AI Agent development. Experience designing enterprise-scale AI solutions and architectures. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and technical leadership skills. Ability to bridge business requirements and technical execution. Preferred Qualifications Experience with MLOps and ML model lifecycle management. Strong Machine Learning and Data Science knowledge. Experience with Responsible AI frameworks and practices. Experience leading and mentoring AI/ML engineering teams. Exposure to enterprise AI transformation and modernization initiatives.
