Use company applications to prepare and balance the workload for field employees.Manage the workload effectively daily with the resources provided. Monitor daily work progression throughout the day to ensure appointment attainment goals are met. Assign appropriate work to maintain continuous functions of field employees throughout their shifts. Process requests from cross-functional teams. Effectively communicate with external departments. These communications would include but are not limited to updates regarding potential gas incidents, field resource safety status, and notification to management regarding resource status and workload balance. Communicate effectively with team members, field resources, and management via phone, email, and collaboration tools. Receiving and process absentee callouts from the field and dispatch. Support company initiatives and projects as required. Make outbound calls to customers as necessary or requested. Dispatcher Class 1/Class 2 may be required to participate in the training of new employees as needed.Demonstrate strong computer literacy while utilizing company applications to complete objectives of role. Dispatchers may be required to extend their shift to provide coverage for callouts and during emergency events.
