Commercial Construction Operations Coordinator

Property Renovation & Construction (PRC) – Melbourne, FLProperty Renovation & Construction (PRC) is a growing commercial exterior construction company specializing in roofing, windows/doors, waterproofing, and concrete restoration projects throughout Florida.We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support our field supervisors, project managers, and leadership team in coordinating commercial construction projects from award through closeout.This is a fast-paced role for someone who thrives in construction operations, enjoys organization and accountability, and wants to grow with a rapidly expanding company.RESPONSIBILITIESProject Coordination & Field Support●    Coordinate project handoff from estimating department to field operations●    Organize and distribute project startup documentation to field supervisors●    Maintain all project files, documentation, and job tracking systems●    Assist with project scheduling and coordination of manpower/resources●    Support field supervisors with day-to-day project administrationField Reporting & KPI Tracking●    Receive and review daily field reports from all active projects●    Track labor hours, production, manpower, and project KPIs●    Collect and organize weekly field scorecards from supervisors and staff●    Monitor reporting compliance and follow up on missing reports/documentation●    Prepare operational reports for leadership reviewSubmittals & Project Documentation●    Prepare and organize submittal packages for General Contractors●    Coordinate distribution of plans, specifications, approvals, and revisions●    Maintain document logs and ensure field teams receive updated information●    Assist with closeout documents, warranties, and turnover packagesPayroll & Subcontractor Coordination●    Collect and review field timesheets for accuracy and submission●    Assist with subcontractor onboarding and agreements●    Help process subcontractor pay requests and compliance documentation●    Coordinate insurance certificates, W-9s, lien releases, and required paperworkGeneral Operations Support●    Assist with communication between office staff and field personnel●    Help ensure projects stay organized, compliant, and on schedule●    Support leadership in improving systems, processes, and accountability●    Perform additional administrative and operational duties as neededQUALIFICATIONS●    Minimum 2+ years experience in commercial construction coordination, administration, or operations support●    Strong organizational and multitasking skills●    Ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously●    Experience with construction documentation and project flow preferred●    Comfortable communicating with field supervisors, subcontractors, vendors, and General Contractors●    Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, and construction management software●    Experience with commercial roofing, glazing, restoration, or exterior construction is a plusIDEAL CANDIDATEThe ideal candidate is:●    Extremely organized and detail-oriented●    Able to create structure in a fast-moving environment●    Strong with follow-up and accountability●    Comfortable working directly with field teams●    Process-driven and proactive●    Calm under pressure and able to prioritize effectivelyCOMPENSATION●    Competitive salary based on experience ($52-$85K with bonus opportunities)●    Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company●    Paid holidays and PTO
