This role works cross-functionally with consultants, PBMs, health plans, vendors, and internal teams to ensure pharmacy benefit programs are implemented accurately, on time, and in alignment with client objectives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesClient & Implementation SupportReport to the Director, Account ManagementCoordinate end-to-end implementation activities for new and renewing pharmacy benefit clientsServe as a primary point of contact for implementation logistics, timelines, and documentationSupport implementation meetings, including agenda preparation, note-taking, and follow-up itemsTrack milestones and deliverables to ensure implementations stay on scheduleVendor & PBM CoordinationLiaise with PBMs, health plans, employers, unions and specialty pharmacies, and other vendors during implementationCollect, review, and submit required client data, contracts, and setup formsMonitor vendor readiness and resolve issues impacting implementation timelinesData & DocumentationAssist with eligibility file setup, benefit design configuration, and testing coordinationValidate benefit setup against client contracts and consulting recommendationsMaintain accurate implementation documentation, workflows, and client recordsInternal CollaborationPartner with consulting, analytics, compliance, and client service teams to support seamless handoffsEscalate implementation risks, issues, or delays to leadership as neededContribute to process improvement initiatives and implementation best practicesEnsure implementations align with contractual requirements, regulatory considerations, and internal standardsSupport audit readiness and documentation retentionRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experienceTwo -Three years’ experience in healthcare, pharmacy benefits, insurance, or client operationsStrong organizational and project coordination skillsHigh attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); project management tools a plusPreferred QualificationsExperience with pharmacy benefit management (PBMs), health plans, or pharmacy consultingFamiliarity with benefit plan design, eligibility files, or implementation workflowsExperience working in a client-facing or consulting environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSalary and Benefits:We offer a comprehensive benefit package for all full-time employees including medical, dental, vision, PTO, Summer Hours, 401K, incentive grant program, and 12 -14 paid holidays.
