Bor-Jig GrinderHiFyve is hiring a Bor-Jig Grinder in the Manufacturing industry in Dayton, OH!Salary: Up to $38/hour DOEShift: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM 3:30 PMLocation: Dayton, OHJob Duties and ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate boring and jig grinding equipment to manufacture precision componentsPerform internal, external, and surface grinding to meet exact engineering tolerancesRead and interpret blueprints, GD&T, sketches, and work instructions to determine machining requirementsSelect and install appropriate tooling, fixtures, and abrasives for each jobInspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, height gauges, and dial indicatorsPerform machine setups, offsets, and adjustments for production runsMinimum of 2 years of experience in jig grinding, precision grinding, or toolroom machiningEducation RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED requiredTechnical training in machining or precision grinding preferredAdditional machining certifications are a plusIf you are interested, please apply.
