Help Desk Technician || Readiness & Response Operator II Emergency Operations Specialist || Customer Support Onsite | Autonomous Vehicle Operations Join the future of mobility! We're seeking a Readiness & Response Operator II (RR2) to support daily Robotaxi operations, ensuring autonomous vehicles are safe, clean, and mission-ready while delivering exceptional rider experiences.
What You'll Do:
Perform pre/post-service vehicle inspections and readiness checks. Respond to on-road vehicle recovery and fleet support events. Operate vehicles remotely when required for recovery or repositioning. Troubleshoot technical issues using internal tools and terminal-based systems. Support riders during service disruptions and recovery events. Manage vehicle charging, detailing, inventory, and fleet logistics. Assist with vehicle deployments and new market launches.
What We're Looking For:
2-4 years of experience in fleet operations, logistics, hospitality, transportation, or emergency response. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills. Comfortable using technology, mobile devices, and troubleshooting tools. Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record. Ability to work in fast-paced environments and remain calm under pressure. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work both indoors and outdoors. Preferred Experience in fleet, vehicle, transportation, or autonomous vehicle operations. Technical troubleshooting experience. Urban driving and incident response experience.
