Care Manager/Lead CNA
We are seeking a Care Manager to join our team at Caring Senior Service. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care to our clients while also mentoring and training other caregivers on our team. You'll play a key role in ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality of care, and that our caregivers have the skills and confidence they need to excel in their roles.Due to the State Regulations, this person MUST be either a CNA, or a Nurse, registered in Georgia. We have had great success with retired RN's and LPN's wanting a lower stress position than they had in the past.CNA's will start at $18/hr, and rapidly earn raises, as they meet benchmarks. Nurses will start a little higher, but unfortunately lower than might be expected, due to us being a very small agency. Praying as we grow, that pay for all of us can increase!Responsibilities:Continually seek out and hire qualified applicants according to office recruitment plan and maintain a pool of qualified caregivers to meet the demands of client volume and forecasted growth. Train and mentor new and existing caregivers on our team, including providing instruction on best practices for providing care, communication skills, and how to handle challenging situations.Work with the management team to develop and implement training programs and ongoing education opportunities for our caregivers.Travel to client homes is frequently required.Conduct regular performance reviews with caregivers, providing feedback and coaching to help them improve and grow in their roles.Assist with onboarding new clients, including conducting assessments, developing care plans, and coordinating with other members of our team to ensure a smooth transition.Match caregivers with the clients and schedule accordingly. Introduce clients to their new caregivers.Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients and their families, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.Act as a liaison between our caregivers and the management team, providing feedback and suggestions for improving our processes and services.Provide hands-on care to seniors in our community, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), medication management, meal preparation, and companionship.Work Hours:8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through FridayOccasional evenings, or weekends, as requiredOn-call duties regularly required (Details will be discussed with qualified individuals)At Caring Senior Service, we're committed to providing exceptional care to seniors in our community, and we're looking for someone who shares that passion.
