Job DescriptionFull Steam Staffing is seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to lead all HR functions within a fast-paced food distribution center in Redlands, CA.Location: Redlands, CASalary: $80, 000 $85, 000/yearSchedule: TBD (AM Shift)Benefits: Medical, Dental, AD&D, Paid Sick LeavePosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to lead all HR functions within a fast-paced food distribution center in Redlands, CA. This role will partner closely with operations leadership to support a high-volume workforce, ensure compliance, and drive employee engagement in a dynamic warehouse environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding in a high-volume DC environmentPartner with operations leadership to support workforce planning and daily staffing needsEnsure full compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including California labor regulationsManage employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional mannerDevelop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices tailored to a warehouse/distribution settingSupport performance management processes, coaching, and corrective actionsOversee benefits administration, payroll coordination, and timekeeping processesTrack and analyze HR metrics such as turnover, attendance, and productivity trendsLead safety culture initiatives in partnership with operations and safety teamsSupervise and mentor HR staff and onsite support teamQualificationsBachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field5+ years of progressive HR experience, required experience in a food distribution center or warehouse environmentStrong knowledge of California labor laws and compliance requirementsExperience managing high-volume, hourly workforcesProven ability to handle employee relations in a fast-paced environmentStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsProficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)Preferred QualificationsHR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP)Experience supporting multi-shift operationsWhy Join UsCompetitive salary and comprehensive benefits packageOpportunity to lead HR in a large, fast-paced food distribution environmentGrowth-oriented and team-focused culture
